  Town Shoes is looking for fashion oriented Assistant Store Managers to expand our management team. If you have strong assistant management experience from the retail industry and enjoy supporting your Store Manager we would love to hear from you.
  
  Successful Assistant Store Managers...
  • Are passionate about fashion and enjoy following the latest trends.
  • Have two or more years of assistant management or leadership experience in the retail, apparel, beauty or restaurant industry
  • Exceed your customer's expectations and always demonstrate that the customer is #1.
  • Have a passion for selling and enjoy building relationships with your customers. You strive to maximize sales through your merchandising and inventory management skills.
  • Are creative in the way you build brand awareness through marketing initiatives at your store and in your community.
